I am looking for a 1 or 2 bed property in the Rothwell, Hunslet, Halton, Belle Isle, Morley or Hunslet side of Dewsbury road areas but other areas may be considered, I am NOT looking for house share or self contained flat type living as space is needed to accomodate half a house contents when divorce is settled.
I am a professional responsible male aged 50 and up until last november had my own landscape gardening/ maintenance business but due to divorce and then severe illness I am currently in receipt of sickness benefit, my recovery should end within the next 3 months so any landlords must accept DSS for an initial period and a very low bond or none preffered..
I expect to return to work within the next few months and so require the rent to be around £400 pcm maximum as that is what I know would be affordable.
The property should be very secure and part furnished would be helpful until divorce settled but not essential, must be a clean and modern interior and i also have a small 2 year old yorkshire terrier , not yappy or moulting, that should be allowed in the property.
