Administrator - Billing/Telco
Our client are looking for an experienced Administrator with a proven track record of working within a Telco Billing or Provisioning environment. This is a new position and there is an opportunity to grow and develop.
Working in modern offices, close to the M1 with free car parking and joining a small friendly team of 4.
Principle Responsibilities
· Processes transactional information, financial transactions / customer account transactions in a timely and accurate manner, meeting all SLA targets and deadlines
· Maintains and monitors key financial controls, ensuring that month end procedures achieve SOX and audit compliance
· Works under guidance in preparing reconciliation as required
· Delivers excellent customer service through daily customer contact and meetings
· Manages 3rd party relationships with suppliers to ensure SLAs are achieved.
· Handles customer queries and complaints through to resolution
· Produces analytical reports to support internal and external customer requirements
· Carries out various audit checks of the user systems to ensure stakeholders / customers are accurately charged, when required
· Escalates possible root causes, trends and issues of errors to Transactional Finance Manager
Required Experience
· Experience of working in a finance department of a high volume customer environment
· Knowledge of either banking, payments, billing, credit, collections or payroll systems as appropriate
· Good IT systems skills
· Good communication skills
· Customer focused approach
· Good data processing skills
· Good analytical skills
· Experience of meeting tight deadlines and targets
